Claims Example

Public liability - our client is a wedding planner who specialises in full cycle wedding and event planning including on the day co-ordination. Whilst attending the dress rehearsal two days before the wedding event the planner accidentally tripped over another supplier with a box of wedding accessories who subsequently injured themselves. As a result the injured third party pursued the client for damages. The Hiscox claims team were informed and a dedicated claims solicitor appointed to handle the claim in a timely fashion. As a result, the matter was brought to a successful close.
