Wedding couple insurance
Protect your big day from the unexpected, from the first deposit to the last dance.
What is wedding couple insurance?
Wedding couple insurance gives you financial protection if something goes wrong before or on your wedding day. From unexpected cancellations to supplier failure, it covers the things that could otherwise leave you significantly out of pocket.
We’re working with with Wedinsure, a multi-award-winning wedding insurance specialist with over 10 years of experience protecting weddings across the UK and abroad. With ten tiers of cover, Wedinsure makes it straightforward to find the right protection for your wedding, whatever shape or size it takes.
Why do you need wedding couple insurance?
Weddings involve significant financial commitments, often paid months or even years in advance. A supplier going out of business, an unexpected illness in the family, or severe weather forcing a last-minute change of plans can all put those payments at risk.
Most couples spend thousands of pounds on their wedding day. Without insurance, a forced cancellation or rescheduling could mean losing your deposits, venue fees and supplier payments with little or no recourse.
Wedinsure Wedding Insurance also covers deposits and payments paid to suppliers before the policy start date, (however you cannot make a claim for financial failure of suppliers until 30 days after the inception date), so money you’ve already paid isn’t left unprotected.
With policies starting from just £31, protecting your big day is one of the most straightforward decisions you’ll make in the planning process.
